Absolutely! We encourage a preliminary meet-and-greet session between you, your pet, and the sitter.
Do you provide updates during the pet sitting period?
Yes, we provide regular updates with photos and videos so you can see your pet is well.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel up to 24 hours before the service for a full refund. Less than 24 hours notice incurs a 50% charge.
Are there any pets you do not sit for?
We primarily sit for cats and dogs, but are open to discussing care for other pet types.
